Holistic Preparation
Birth is a whole-body process, and these programs prepare you holistically - body, soul, and mind - in key ways for your empowered birth.
Option 1: Three Step Prep Mini Course: Take the first steps in preparing for the birth you want. Three simple steps to help you move from overwhelm to action.
This approach balances these three aspects to prepare you simply and efficiently for your positive birth:
-Physical: Traditional birth dance moves combined with Physical Therapist-recommended stretches for opening the pelvis
-Mindset: Jump start in rewiring your perspective to a positive, faith-based perspective of birth and developing a DEEP TRUST in your body, essential for positive labor
-Emotional: A simple process to tap into deep relaxation for labor (without scripts) and guidance as you work through blocks that come up - exactly what you need to clear the path for positive labor
Option 2: Birthing Pro Comprehensive course includes the Three Step Prep Mini Course as well as all the important physiological/practical information you need to know for birth. If this is your first birth and you do not have a comprehensive course yet - or you have only have access to materials with the medical perspective - this faith-inspiring course focused on the beauty of birth is the course for you.

If you have deeper fears or trauma you are working through, or simply do not have a midwife or doula who is able to sit with you and go beyond surface level with:
- Nutrition (and how to make any changes needed in a way that works for YOU),
- Movement (far beyond exercise - the way we move throughout the day affects how we feel, our strength, and experience in labor),
- Emotional processing and release to prepare for labor
- All the other important factors in your life,
This is the package for you.
Love and level up your pregnancy + birth experience with this one-on-one support.
Birth dance:
Do I have to be a dancer to benefit from this course?
Not at all!
Birth dance is gentle, easy to learn, and great for pregnancy and labor. It's easier than prenatal yoga!
This course uses a combination of middle-Eastern belly dance and physical therapist recommended positions. It is NOT the cabaret-style dancing you are used to seeing as belly dance.
These moves will help you:
- Increase pelvic and lower back flexibility for mobility in labor
- Create greater space and comfort in your body during your pregnancy
-
Prepare you to move confidently with your body from the very first wave for intuitive birth.
Follow along the complete recorded class, or review steps with short tutorial videos.

"I followed your advice to talk to baby and ask her to come soon and she listened! I literally started having strong contractions like two hours after doing that!"
Carolyn B.
"I’m so glad I took Heather’s birth dance class. I’ve been doing a lot of prep for birth but I never came across something more active I can do during surges when the time comes until learning this. I can see this being really helpful to get out of your head and into your body in the moment. The movements help you put focus on your intuitive nature, which is definitely what I want to be connected to for my home birth!"
Emily M.
"Heather is so passionate about motherhood and everything that goes into that! She's resourceful and extremely accommodating!"
Brielle B.
"This class is so fun! I highly recommend it. I loved being able to dance again and be able to apply it to techniques that will be so helpful in labor."

What a wonderful experience working with Heather. She is kind, patient, and very organized which I appreciated. Her course was so helpful as a first time Mom and she explained things that will help me throughout my pregnancy and natural birth. I'm so happy I took the classes and feel more prepared, encouraged, and overall excited for my birth! Highly recommend working with her.

Heather is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and gave advice on things I didn’t even know I needed to know about. Definitely recommend reaching out and working with her to gain the tools and knowledge you need to have the birthing experience you are looking for!
Meet Your Guide
Hi, I'm Heather. I'm a life-long dancer and a natural-birth mama. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I believe strongly in God's divine design of a woman's journey.
I help moms who are ALL IN on improving on a past birth experience for their next one or preparing for their best first experience possible.
My focus is on helping women move BEYOND western cultural conditioning, RELEASE inhibiting emotions, and CONNECT to their bodies & babies for a transformational pregnancy and birth.
My experiences in connection with dance, hypnobirthing, NPA, EFT, nutrition, physical therapy exercises, spirituality and other forms of emotional healing and release inform my work.
My Story
I have felt firsthand the difference between a physically healthy yet emotionally unprepared birth, and a birth that is balanced between physical, emotional, and spiritual preparation.
I went into my first birth at the birth center feeling prepared with some self-hypnosis scripts and a playlist, only to discover the tension and fears of western conditioning ran much deeper than my morning script-practice could have prepared me for.
After a physically-smooth yet emotionally-miserable birth experience, I dived headfirst into researching better options, determined to make the next birth different.
Baby number 2 was born at home.
The physical sensations were similar, yet the emotional experience was a complete 180. I moved through labor uninhibited and without fear. I worked with my baby and reached the other side feeling POSITIVE and EMPOWERED. Not only did this transform my postpartum experience, but the ripple effect gave me NEW STRENGTH in other life challenges that had previously held me stuck.
The power and potential of our birth journey for us and our baby is incredible! I believe God has designed birth to unlock joy for us that we have never known. My passion is helping other women embrace this joy too.
Helping other moms tune into the beauty of their own birth journey is the greatest gift.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much time will the course take?
A: In their simplest forms, the practices used in this course can be done in 5 minutes a day, and integrated throughout your normal daily routine.
The more you put in, the more you will get out. This course guides you on your own transformative journey.
The two included emotion work sessions are about 30-45 minutes each. These are crucial to deepening the healing effects of this course.
Q: I had a bad birth experience in the past. Which course would you recommend for me?
A: If you are due soon, the Three Step Prep for a Confident Birth mini course is a brilliant place to start. It will guide you in shifting your energy for a positive second birth, and beginning to work through the personal blocks that come up.

Q: I am due soon but interested in your courses. Which one should I take?
A: Go for the Three Step Prep for a Confident Birth mini course. This course is designed to get you potent results fast in helping you create a positive birth experience.
Q: I love the sound of parts of the course but I'm not a dancer. Is this course a good match for me?
A: Absolutely! The Birth Dance tutorial is set to music and includes some fun, creative elements, but it is simple and easy to learn for anyone who is not a dancer. Once you learn the various movements, feel free to incorporate them into your own stretching routine, no dancing required.
When I practiced Birth Dance before my second birth, I ran through the movements about once a week and used them more like stretches.
Q: I plan on giving birth in a hospital. Do these tools still apply?
A: 100%. The goal of this course is to connect to your body and your birth experience in a positive way - and this is crucial no matter where you give birth. Hospitals do not generally want to see you until you are 4cm dilated, and there will most likely be many labor sensations that you experience before you get to that point! Knowing how to experience those sensations in a positive way, move with your body to increase comfort during that time, and remain relaxed during the rest of the birth will be gamechangers for your experience.
